N-Strike Raider CS-35 - Great New Nerf Gun To Outsmart Your Friends
The Nerf Raider CS 35 is the latest (and greatest ?) blaster gun to arrive from the NERF factories. It's a significant advance on the standard issue dart gun of the past because it has a rapid fire option. You could call it a semi-automatic or pump action dart gun. This is sure to give you the edge when it comes to any nerf wars you have lined up this year or the next. Here are brief rundown of what you get in your Rapid Raider CS-35.

The common failure of a great nerf battle was a stilited or limited firepower. Sure, you could carry a few darts with you and reload but there was nothing akin to automatic fire. This has changed with the CS-35.
It is part of the N-Strike range of blasters, meaning that it is not a velcro type dart, simply a hit'em dart. It can be easily adjusted in the stock so that anyone can fire it comfortably. It resembles the other Nerf guns you are used to but it has a drum magazine attachment. The drum magazine holds 35 darts.
The gun can be fired in single shot mode or rapid fire. I won't cover the single shot mode but get on to the more exciting rapid fire mode. The rapid fire option uses a pump action to generate air pressure that will drive the dart forward (you can get a fair distance with a dart, across a medium sized back garden). By keping the finger depressed on the trigger, you can effect an automatic (or semi automatic) fire rate each time you pump the stock. Thus you can fire as rapidily as you can reload or work the pump action stock.
The drum magazine is transparent so you get a clear view of the number of darts left. Reloading the magazine will take a bit of experience and time but the more you do it the easier it will become. If you are involved in a full on nerf war, then make sure you have a nice hideaway where you can go to reload.
You can get the Raider CS 35 as a stand alone or better still as part of a value pack that has an extra 65 darts (100 in total). Although the start pack costs a bit more, it is recommended as you are bound to lose a few darts here and there.
A dart blaster gun like this would be a favorite toy for children 8 and up this Christmas. It's probably more of a boys gift and it wouldn't surprise me if the odd adult or two would fancy a gift like this too.
