Shaman Leveling Guide – Creating A Skillful Shaman
This Shaman leveling guide covers various levels that a player has to equip his Shaman for effective use of the character.
First, you have one town and one trainer. This is your early level and you have to take everything and do the entire quest offered. How you do here will bring a difference on how your Shaman will perform as you advance in the game. This is also the easiest part. When the first levels are done very soundly, it will be very easy for you to progress to the next levels. It is also here that you will earn your gold so you could purchase spells and gears. Take every gear offered. Failing that will make the game a little more difficult as it progresses. As the initial levels are completed, you will be progressing to the next town with another trainer.
{Levels 1 to three} – In these levels you must already have a healing wave and a totem of lightning bolt. Lightning bolts are intended for ranged attacks where you will be taught to cast it to its maximum range. The totem of lightning bolt increases its power of spells for chain lightning and power bolts while the healing wave is a mana efficient totem but is also powerful for solo target casting.
{Levels 4 to 5} – As you reach this level, the Rockbiter and the Earth shock are weapons that you will learn. You will be effective at this level when your Rockbiter is open at all times and you spam your Earth Shock as frequently as you can. However, the Windfury totem will be earned later in the parts of Shaman improvement. Study using the lightning bolt to its maximum distance. Do this too with the Earth Shock for runners. Using Earth Shock is a good deterrent for your target from casting spell.
{Level 6 to 7} – When you reach this level, you will have to obtain a Stoneskin totem and learn the Eartbind totem. The Earthbind totem slows the pace of the enemy and protects your raiding party up to 30 yards while increasing the affectivity of their armor by 860. Earthbind totems are effectively used when the enemy is trying to scurry away or you are. The different Shaman levels have to be worked on as the Shaman is to be effective when it reaches level 10.
As you reach these levels, more talents become available where the choice of the talent now is geared towards the kind of Shaman that you will want played. Not until you reach these levels where the power that you would want to provide your Shaman will be defined.
